Yep, for sure. This one was already ordered back in Nov by the dealer but was not yet spoken for

with new house or addition to this one, HC Durango is out of the running (unless we have a good month).

I think you did the right thing OP - I think it will stand the test of time not only as a good vehicle but as a financial investment (not that you'll make money, but that you won't lose nearly as much as a more conventional SUV over time).
