IF u watch the Eclipse dont be one of those Morons that stairs at it BEFORE it eclipses..... And dont try it with sunglasses either. If there is even the slightest defect in ur sunglasses it can and will burn a permanent hole right into ur retna FACT. Its fine to look at the Eclipse itself tho once eclipsed.....

Should be an interesting day for me tomorrow. I teach at a University and the Public Safety Director decided to schedule a fire drill during the eclipse. That means hoards of students, faculty and all school employees will be outside for about 15 minutes during the eclipse. I asked the University if they would be supplying the eclipse sunglasses. Crickets. So...I was able to find enough for my students at a local store. Most stores were sold out. Who the hell schedules a fire drill during an eclipse without supplying the protective eyewear? I can see some students slapping on a pair of Oakley or Ray Bans and thinking it's enough. Selfies using their I-Phones...no problem!
