Maybe people were thinner in the 60’s and 70’s because fat people teased and called fat back then. Now, everyone has to be compassionate and accepting, but is it really compassionate if we end up with an obesity epidemic? “Big” is the new fat.

Exactly. I'm so particular about that that, in my firebird, I put my index finger on the keyhole circle and close the door that way. Seems like women find it easier to stand back a few feet and give the door a swift kick like they just learned the crane technique from Mr Miyagai!

Same. The girl on left seems a bit more fit. The girl on right is a tad bigger(not that there is anything wrong with that). I'm trying to find a pic of them to see faces.

The gist of the pic is a photographer from Van Nuys, CA but a little bit older than his photo subjects, taking photos of the cruising scene in 1972. He took 4000 photos on film that summer.
