I had one not quite that bad 30+yrs ago, $1500 and points, but kept my license and no record (other than "speeding")

I have a Valentine One, which has saved my butt numerous times, but this guy ran silent...until he didn't.
And I did have time to pull off on the shoulder, turn the engine off, and walk across the road.

I was too close to home to make a run for it and go hide in the garage, way too close with a 1/4-mile dirt driveway visible from the road. So I figured, let's at least use the impromptu photo op.

Well the real question becomes.....what did they write you for? I'm guessing if it had been for the 142 you would've gome straight to jail and/or had the car impounded.

This might be once where a lawyer with connections would help. Costly, but maybe still cheaper than the insurance hit and the fines in the long run.

Thankfully, around here a speeding ticket on the open highway doesn't go on your record, normally.
Whether this counts as open highway or not remains to be decided.

And then there's that little detail about how much over the limit it was.

You seemed surprised...you cant believe they look better than Challengers...or are as fast...or as cool..can you???...and they only come with A8's....and four doors...so I guess yer lookin for equality eh???..like head starts at the track...and a mandatory HCOTM charger winner...talk bout RACE ism....

Hell no...we aren't trying hard enough. Need more participation from said members.

For the record...I love Challengers. My needs outweighed my want...Chargers are great as well. Cannot go wrong either.

For the record...I love Challengers. My needs outweighed my want...Chargers are great as well. Cannot go wrong either.

I will admit I wasn't a charger fan pre 16 MY...but they have grown on me..I've seen some really cool ones...
