last week I shredded my belt some material got sucked into ProCharger since that happpened I have had a miss on the big end it will usually will clear up by the time I get back to the pits.Trap speeds have dropped substantially
I get engine code P0300 Multiple cylinder missfire
I pulled inter cooler and cleaned it out pulled all plugs they clean and burning correctly. Di a compression check 175-185.
Bore scoped everything looks real good
anybody have any ideas ( can lifters overpump ?)
I have an email to Curt waiting for a responce this week.
Thanks Chuck

Do you have a sense for how big the pieces of belt were that were ingested?

Bent valve causing misfires (although compression test would seem to rule that out)

No air filter on procharger, why? You can get a P0300 if it is only one cylinder misfiring

All the plugs looked good?

I I’m running E85 it has a screen on intake of Procharger if I put air cleaner on I loose 7lbs of boost to many elbows cuts air volume.
plugs looked real good all were tan colored.
it was definitely more than one cylinder it would hardly pull away from time ticket shed.
bore scoped all cylinders looked real good and so did valves.
funny part is within 300 feet it clears up and runs great

Have a pic of engine? I ran Vortech's for many years on Mustangs and never seen a 7 lbs drop with an air filter. Thinking a different filter?

There may be a external & internal impeller ? ... if so you may have to take it apart & check both, for bent or cracked fins.

Bent fins wouldn't cause a miss just less flow. Check all the inlet piping and throttle body for any broken sensors

Starving for air because a tune is so far out of wack, causing a cylinder to go super rich???

Are the Cats (do you have Cats???) running hot?

Did you take the s/c lid off to see if any of the belt material is on top of the intercooler bricks ?

I understand that it's throwing a code, but what is the log telling you?
