Tazer question...

I've purchased a used Tazer for my 16 HC Charger. Before I install it I want to know if anything on my car will register the P1300 to denote that my car has been modded. I'd hate to lose the balance of my powertrain warranty. I primarily want the tazer for the line lock and cooldown features.

Had tazer on my 2016 rt and used the same one on my 2016 hellcat. Had the sc changed, ds changed and dif fluid changed due to that groaning noise on sharp turns. All changed no questions asked under pt warranty. Just make sure the tazer is pulled out when you bring it in and I doubt you will have any problems. I’m assuming you are stock otherwise?

Its my understanding that once its unplugged from the ODBII, it is 100% undetectable to the car or dealer.
As stated, be sure it never goes to service with it installed or they could find cause to question things..

Thanks guys. I'll install the tazer. Car is stock and I'll keep it that way until the PT warranty expires.
