Yes, it was the Wagon Queen Family Truckster for me until I bought my 1st car - an AMC Rebel (yellow w/black vinyl roof). That car was the ultimate date macine as the front split bench seats would fold completely flat to the rear bench seat with a flick of the adjustment lever .

Why would I have waited until having a car?!? Any kind of car?
But when I did reach drivers licence age, I had a small 2-door convertible. Just had to stack them like cord wood, that's all.

I'm not saying that I didn't borrow my friends Gremlin for date when I had no car.... any port in a storm

Oh the times of change and now the younger ones go out and buy like 75" screen TV's and I am like huh....well I don't know but damn with all the see to see technology guess they don't need that car anymore since well their own um yeah I kinda think your getting it
