Hell Cat to Redeye needs.....

I assumed this would be a simple question asked a 1000 times but can't find it in search. Is it simple to up grade a HC to a RE by adding the RE blower and injectors? Does it need a new tune, fuel pump? What is the magic sauce to do this? Has anyone done it?

Depends on your desired goals . If it's just the power a 2.85 pulley will do the trick . If you are going for the whole shootin match there is a lot more involved.

Generally I was just looking at what it would take to create a 2018 RE. I know the pulley deal gets you there, was just wondering if it was that simple. RE Injectors and Blowers are out there, so just looking at wall all it takes.

Redeye/Demon motor is a little different throughout compared to regular Hellcat.

Tuning to accommodate the new supercharger and injectors
Badging

Yea, again its just curiosity, not a plan. but not looking to clone. Just asking if its was as easy as blower and injectors. Seems not to be.

Aw cmon youre forgetting the biggest things, redeye on the fobs and blower. Sheez.

You will also have the change out your gauge cluster for the MPH. All Redeyes have a 220 MPH gauge. The Hellcats are 200.

With the tune raise the shift points some. That should be enough to exceed RE performance.
Yes sure there is more to a RE than just that, but for solely performance results that would do it.
A tune and raised shift points on a HC would get you in the ballpark performance wise on its own.
In my experience there is roughly .2 in the 1/4 to make up.

Now I am in no way knocking the RE so please don't come at me with pitch forks. LOL
If I was in a position to trade up I would.
