In Tucson at a DA of 4150 I managed at 9.60 at 143.2. I got my 60 foot down to the high 1.3s.

Faster you go less gear you need. I knew of 9 second late model mustang that were taking out the stock 3.15's and putting in 2.7-2.9 gears
The fastest Hellcats are leaving in 2nd gear being 1st is so low. Back in the day 2.45 1st gear was the norm we now have 4.71

I'm amazed that his diff is in 1 piece with the brace that he's running at this power level.
There are stock diffs in the 8's. There are different braces but they all help

I think that you are misunderstanding what I'm saying.
The old style brace has a habit of fracturing the case and breaking off the ears. This is why BW developed full cover one with the rubber bushing.
I have the cradle locked out. I always check if the cradle moves forward and retighten torque the bolts after track days. Also check and retorque the brace. The cradle causes the problems with the rear end and driveshaft when it moves forward.

I have the cradle locked out. I always check if it moves forward and torque
Just added the front brace and it hooked very nicely last Sunday.

You run a better 60 than I do with a tune but it's setup that way for index racing.

Your 60' is as good as some of the better ones so 👍.
Keep trying little things with launch RPM and tire pressure and you will find what works best for you.
I was stuck at 1.54 for awhile then 1.53 for what seamed like forever then 1.51 and 1.50.
This was over probably a year to a year and a half.
In the weather on the slip I would be 1.52-1.50 on great prep. So you are doing fine.

2015 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat
First time in must be 4 years that I have been to the strip. Took a little bit of getting by head around it again. Messed up with the fuel as when we left I still had almost 3/4 of a tank.
Full weight car with a 2.85 pulley, demon injectors and a HHP tune.
Running toyo R888R 305/35/20 tyres. All first gear launches but it seemed to grip and go okay.
Annoyed that I did not try a 2nd gear launch. Could not tell you what RPM I was leaving at as it all seemed a bit of a panic. Good day though Santa Pod 2022.jpg
