Lalot frum da 20 erz guyz. All pipen and 1st ear chiller. A 1949 ear chiiae. An engineer caught wa swapen 2 truck loads of Rubatex fer Rmflaex at 1/2 da price of Armafilex. Remmemda da differance bee tween da 2. I waz stupid vigen 4 500 gallon tanks. An M & M Arz Union all butters us. Boy did day take it out on me. Non union wurkin on union job. Day had a ball bustin rally fer da union guyz against us non union dudes. Went ova great. Yea.? We wurst da last peoplez dare We alsoz wurked at a uninonz shop in Al bam erz. Hot pipen dat wood fry fiberglass. And calsil and wor and riggerked ass an crane operator and rigger fer big larger cranez. And insulator.

Juuuust clears the bottom of the bumper - brick actually rests on it. Don’t run anything over or it’s toast lol. Way more room up front then I though - might change plumbing a bit

plumbing is almost done finally. All routed through under the car. L coming off heat exchanger on passenger side of car under the car to chiller line, L coming off of cold side supercharger hard line on passenger side, hose running by headlight/down behind crash beam and under the car to the chiller. Just need to insulate and clamp everything down. Chiller side for bypass is all done. Amazon is late so my new fittings for the chiller won’t be here today smh

If you’re running the 3 way valve, it’s a bit of a project for sure to figure out the plumbing and route everything the way you want it. I will say the hard lines for the TXV get in the way, and limit how you can route your water lines.

If you have an good budget, an fitting like @fumanchu182 ran are the way to go. Thankfully retaining the factory hard lines gives me some good locations to take it all apart if I have to. Current situation under the car : hardline (hot from supercharger to pump), heat exchanger (flow is reversed from stock, this is from passenger side to the T) and cold side sriracha front the chiller uo side of condenser/near headlight and to bottom of cold stock hard line. Still need to insulate and tie everything down, this was for mock up

Da radeeator snd pipen is impressive. Guud job. id luv 2 have da monies involved wit dis install. Did I sea SPI written on sum of da Armaflex?? My go 2 supplier for 40 ears. Tampa, Fl. I had Sandi Hibbard was my account exect vary guud gal.

Lmfao I got a gauge manifold and a vacuum filler for the coolant too. Not going to mention how much $ I have into this on top of the price of the kit

Do yourself a favor and don’t run the 3 way valve. If it doesn’t cool to my likings I’m going to rip it out. Really over complicates the install

Since you removed the air to water heat exchanger (little radiator) Where did you route the other port of the 3 way valve too then?

Since you removed the air to water heat exchanger (little radiator) Where did you route the other port of the 3 way valve too then?
The other side of the big heat exchanger. So the big heat exchanger is “bypassed” (fluid will not flow through it end to end) during normal operating, and then fluid is directed into it when button is on

Just said to heck with it and used the metal fittings. They just clear. The cold side out is only barely hand tight because I of house I had to index it and there’s no way I’m getting a full turn out of it. Hopefully the PTFE paste seals it and hardens a bit. Vacuum fill tomorrow morning after it has a chance to cure a bit 🤞🤞🤞
