Day 2 results are up.

We moved up a spot to 7th place. Only 3 cars in SME are over 137mph and I'm one of them.

Also in the running for best trailer burnout at Lane Automotive (checkpoint 2).

As well as best curb rash. Not during the burnout. Like 500ft up the road. Passenger front. Like half way around the wheel on the lip and took a half penny sized bit of paint right off the corner of the bumper at the edge of the wheel well. Too busy looking at burnout smoke and trying to ventilate the car cause the cabin was full of it.

That's what I get for showing off.

We're at the hotel for the night and will be at 131 by 730am.

there are a few off of every exit in the Grand Rapids area. Maybe 84th?

Current status at US 131. ALL. THE. FOG.



We are here though and ready to go when the track goes hot.

Also. Z Automotive. Man. We gotta reassign some of those functions to different keys. Who in their right mind needs a goddamn Trans Adapt Reset so often that you assigned it to (<- & cruise on/off)...

But hey. We finally remembered how to activate cool down mode. Since I haven't needed to use it since I installed the chiller. Haha

Ned found like 2 or 3 lifters wiped after day 1. Did a cam and lifters? Or maybe just lifters. Made 1 pass at indy. Either way. Appears damage was done. They said "catastrophic" failure when he notified officials he was out.

He only runs it WFO when he could slow it down some and possibly win the overall event.
