Likewise! After my local dealer started playing games I did a phone/email deal with Koons, got a loaded standard Hellcat for thousands cheaper what a stripped one was gonna cost me locally, even taking into account the $1600 to ship it. Would not hesitate to buy from them again…

You could not pay me to buy a car there ever again. Absolute worst experience of my lifetime of buying cars, and I’m in the business so I’m used to sales people.
Ridiculous high pressure upsell finance guy was relentless and absolutely insulting when we refused to be upsold. We actually had to threaten him with canceling the sale and leaving if he would not stop. To be honest, if we had not flown there, we would have left.
I would rather pay double somewhere else than ever go back there.

I tried to do an out-of-state buy & ship with them on a DDSRT back in '22 and they were horrible to deal with. Clearly were only interested in the sale if I was picking up in person. No doubt so the finance guy could work me over in person . I bailed before placing the order.

Things may have changed since then, but I'd be on my tippy toes if you do business there!
