So I searched because I was pretty sure I'd seen something on this...may have been back at the site which shall not be named...but it seems someone said that you can disconnect the Active Exhaust on a 2019 without throwing a code...is this true...can I then just wire it wide open without issues?? If I can do that I don't see much use in spending money on an exhaust system!!

Hanging the simulators from the e-brake cable, with zip ties, no thanks. Relocating everything to the trunk, hell no! MFER’s for me and done in about 1/2 hr.

Yea, I bought the MFER-1's on sale for a buck fifteen. I'll see how that sounds, and then possibly replace the mufflers after that...thanks guys!!

I'm also entertaining ideas on this. I have read that 19+ cars will not throw codes if the springs (transmit the torque from the valve actuator to the butterfly) for the valve actuators are removed and the butterflies are wired open. Doing this would not need valve relocation, they could stay mounted as is. Basically, remove valves, remove springs, reinstall valves, wire open the butterflies, done. Valves remain plugged in with no electrical changes. Easily put back to stock if desired. Opinions? Confirmation?

This. Literally this. Stop paying the Hellcat tax for unnecessary products for the newer cars.
