We all know Motorhead and have enjoyed his assessments on many performance topics..be it the virtues of the M6 vs the A8..(which I agree with) to various mods..(he's pretty sharp for a Canadian..lol)..A while back he made a comment on what FCA should consider in future offerings..He also indicated that his suggestion would not find favor with the old fat HC segment of owners...I found that humorous to say the least...but it made me wonder...just how many of us are over 55 (the start of old age according to the 20 something car guys)...and at least 35 lbs. over weight...tell me I'm not the only one...

What exact ally do we demonstrate the definition of old, older, or could be oldest of WHAT??. Minus points of inches of man lee hood, 1st, 2nd, 3rd hot rod, auto, ever had. And sum still have. Somes of youz guys still have the ones I wished I had when con cee ved in the back seat of a 1969 Road Runner,,, and I bet it was running at the time. Whish I had the car. Sum of us critters are a bit, well seen the sun shine most of others, but still in luv with the autos and posters of #10s and others. Hats and der bees to us over 35 and bless to the rest over. Looking forward to the end of Fed, Maybe to find a long lost 2nd cousins.

I work with a lot of retired military folks (15-25 years my senior), very accomplished soldiers and airmen (fuck the Navy), and a lot of them have come out the back end of their careers in a bad way (joint damage, diseases, mental health) slowing them down into a sedentary lifestyle. They give me that look like: you are next, Son.

And it is hard not to believe it.

So to keep active (outside of the gym) I do grueling stuff like this:


Shoulders are going to burn once I start the bodywork...
