I've been meaning to do glamour shots of the car to enter and never got it done. Got lucky on Sunday, Dec 13 as I was cleaning the car to put it up for winter...snow was coming. I was losing the light as I put away my cleaning supplies...looked up to see a crazy beautiful sunset happening. I grabbed my phone and started snapping pics.

As Bull said, the backdrop can really bring out the car. I dig what 2017 Redline HC did with the foliage background.

I've found through experimenting that angles really make a difference. Don't want to violate any contest rules so will wait to share more pics I took that day as examples...some really cool, some that didn't work with same backdrop.

MikeD1: That garage is my paint correction/CQuartz guys place. He lets me watch as I am amazed at his skill and the process. It takes several days, I only voyeur it for a few hours and he was happy to have a customer sincerely interested in "the how".

I love that pic of the car in the air. You could do surgery in that garage. Mine is much more humble. He has shared what he envisioned and the approach/materials he used. I will figure out a garage upgrade plan!

This explains the Christmas lights in the background that I was going to beat on you for not taking down - LOL !

That lift system built into the floor is the shizit, whoever poured that slab had mad skills.

As I can't think of a great background that I would be willing to drive the Cat to, to pose, I'll pass on being a serious entry. The photo I posted, and all of the photos I have, were taken in front of my garage.

So how does the member ID system work...the number is over 4800...I just assumed as new members joined..that number went up...

I had every intention of doing a couple of photo shoots this past summer...just never seemed to get everybody on the same page..or the weather became an issue...time seems to be the only thing I never seem to have enough of...(and hair)
