I've had two fail. I think they were Motorad. Mishimoto in mine now for 2 years and ran the same for about 10 in the old car. Guess it's a ymmv scenario.

Do you get the same temps, open around 177-179, then settle up to 185 with the Mishimoto? Do you get a P0128 code? I suppose you just clear it with the tuner...

Yep, same temps with the Mishimoto. Yes I get a P0128. I turned that code off in my tune so I don't get a CEL from it.

Not sure on that one. Probably one already in the parts dept catalog at the dealer.

It sure looks the part, it is re-packaged/branded more often than not so to see it actually labeled motorad 4128 is unusual to me. That eBay link is a great price, think it comes with the gasket?

So the last few I’ve bought I have bought under a part number 10183, this 5-digit number seems to be linked to the part regardless of the brand/label it’s sold under. Here’s one on Amazon, way more $$$ though. That’s what I’m used to paying, hell I think the Mishimito is close to $50!

I may get one of these off eBay for $16 just to check out.

The picture does not show a gasket.
