Just a side note .
I tried the MSD coils in my 2010 6.1 and they didnt work very well . They would misfire above 4500 rpms . I tried a second set and same thing . So I'm not sure if they changed them ot the ecu in that car didn't like them . This was back in 2013 .

MSD coils were known to not work well on previous year Hemis.

My supercharged 4Runner started to misfire and the LC-1 wideband went super rich. Turned out plugs were bad. That's my personal experience.

I only came back in here to warn of the MSD track record on GEN3 HEMIs motors... nobody was happy with them.

I agree, you get what you pay for normally, that's why, if I needed them, would buy the PD's SOS (Sultan of Spark) with the 40k volts at $379, not bad compared to the others.

I've noticed that if they don't say the voltage, it's probably not that impressive.

I ordered a set of performance development coil packs? we will see?..

Good deal, as long as their not less volts than oem coil packs, they should be good ?
I just don't know what the voltage is on the oem. I can't find it anywhere.

I can get the volts on Oem pack. In the morning when I get to work.. I’ll let u know.. pd packs were 40k

According to SOS, stock coils are 25K. I just got my SOS coils and they are rated at 40K.

Yeah, I doubt we need this until over 1000 rwhp. I think some of the low 9 & 8 second cars still run the stock coil packs, so they can't be that bad.

i also bought the sos! idk few weeks ago no problem, put awe track edition exhaust on and JLT call air intake 240 upper and now i have a high rpm miss!! Mike @ ost tuned on all day, did get it better?? i just don't know? hope plugs and coil pack fix it!

Been out of town time to try and figure this thing out.
So I installed new coils. Replaced all sensors. Replaced ECM
There is no differance dont know what internaL IN MOTOR THAT COULD CAUSE THIS PROBLEM
About ready to tear the motor out and tear it down I just dont no what else to do.
