As far as Weld wheels...this might be the last set I ever order. We are going on 7 weeks....nah-da..dang wheel in sight!
But I have the tires from MT ET Street R 315/50/17, I like that company!
Yeah @hellnno, you will be driving a Budget car after this weekend.
All jokes aside; Dave and Marco are doing be a favor and hooking me up with wheels/tires. Can not say thank you enough to those guys.

No I have not seen the video , but my position is that superchargers have been running for many years without clutched pullies with no issues , mine does not belt squeal but those that do I cant see that its really a big deal.
Direct drive with the clutch engaged will do that for you. The torque converter has some cushion built into it's fluid coupling design. Pros and cons to everything. Pully down, speed up the rotors, jack up the rev limiter, and slamming the throttle shut is going to potentially earn you a stupid prize regardless of the transmission choice.

For sure, but it's also lifting to shift vs staying on the throttle for a full pass.
I spend a lot of time around an M6 car with an overdrive crank and 2.5 upper... I like the sounds it makes. With the midpipes on it, its deafening next to my car (for the short time I'm beside it during a pull)
