Thanks @Paladin06, really appreciate it. Wife brought it and service manager tried giving her the runaround. They’re looking at it now after trying to charge a diagnostic fee. Will keep you posted. Not feeling good

Did they let you take your car back while you waited? Mine through cel finally.

Sorry guys didn’t know where else to post this so, here I go.

Last week I heard a different ticking sound when I started the wife’s 2021 Durango R/T. The car has 22k on the clock. I didn’t think anything of it but decided to get it checked out since it’s still under warranty.

The technician determined both exhaust manifolds were leaking. It will take a week to get parts, or so they say.

Anyone else heard of this failure?

No, we kept the car until the parts came. No way we leave our vehicles at a dealership.
