I installed two on mine. I went with 1500’s with heat and those run around $1400. You can get a 1350 with cooling only for around $900. Most of these type trailers come with at least one of the roof vents wired and prepped for air so you can do it yourself.

We added the ac, generator, ramps & other things as additional options. I think it was around $8.5K - $9K for those items installed, maybe more.

It's not a low price trailer so I know that it will take a little longer to sell.

To buy a new, similar one they start at $58K and with these options you have to figure $66-69K. So I think that it's a great deal for the right person.
