Ditto my friend. I went thru 3 sets of stock ones and the guru from NJ came down 3 times to over sea the problems. Burnt up the convertors, and all the gaskets. Sumtin to do with being in the middle of winter in NJ or coming to the grouper capital of the world. And not to miss out on Crabby Bills. Original one on Indian Rocks beach. Home of El Ricola whom just traded his Demon for a Lambo. Out of Sarasota. Glad you got it home safely & wasn't anything else major.
Do these radiators come out from engine side ? ... or very easy ?
Looks like a good choice on the aluminum rad.
Would like to see that R&R.
Comes out the bottom, getting at the bolts to unbolt the AC condenser from it is FUN without taking the front fascia off, thank God for ratcheting flex head wrenches!! Took about 2 hours to get it out but allot of that time was wipe down and clean up of the mess it made. New Misimoto one supposed to be here today 🤞

TY, my garage smells like antifreeze big time, I HATE it!! Can’t wait to get this done so I can take her for a bath and hit the floor with degreaser.

Ok, out the bottom, have to get the car up pretty high on jack stands probably.
Will the new rad bolt back to a/c condenser like the factory one ?
Keep us posted how it goes, good luck, Thanks !

Radiator arrived last night, NICE piece. It’s back up in place and intercooler and AC condenser bolted back up to it. No installation issues so far, all mounts match right up to factory radiator. Finish her up tonight and hopefully start up and test ride. ID of inlet and out let pipe are almost .100” bigger which should help flow, OD is the same they are just thinner. It’s 1/4” thicker, uses 2 rows instead of 1 like the stock unit, does not effect fit, went right in no issues and not a fin bent going in (taped card board to it front and rear)
Here’s some pictures.

I actually was looking at these only @2yrs ago. They were way cheaper then! Average was $@500-@$520. One place located in Queens near me had a few for $452!. I Googled them and some people said it fit but the lower (or upper?) radiator hose was the wrong hose size. I believe it was smaller. They said they got the hose to cinch down but were gonna be worried it would blow off. I just said to myself..."eh... typical aftermarket fitment issues, don't mess with it if you don't have to". Maybe they changed the hose ends? Looks real nice! Good luck with it.

Inlet and outlet fitting OD’s within a few thousands of stock, no issues with hoses, Both where a tight fit. I think that is a different model number with the different hoses for the RT’s, 5.7’s and regular hemis not the Hellcat?

Great info Mike, Thank You,
Looks like the aluminum is about 3 lbs. heavier, not bad for a stronger unit, & with a extra 1/2 gallon capacity, somewhere around 7 lbs. total in extra weight.
If or when I need one this will be the one I look at too, don't think at this point there is too many options anyway.

Yes, new unit is about 3 lbs heavier dry, which with the extra 1/2 gallon of fluid it supposedly hold should put it around 7-8 lbs heavier then stock, well worth the strength difference, hopefully it offers increased cooling as well. It’s going back together with same Tstat and it’s going to be 90+ here the next few days and I data log every mile so data logs will prove or disprove any cooling differences. I’ll post for sure

Hey Mike, Did the fan have to come off first or was it able to come out as a whole unit ?

fan off first, 2 bolts, lift up and tie wrap out of the way. Hardest part is the 2 bolts on the driver side that hold the condenser and intercooler to the radiator. A 10mm flex head ratcheting wrench does the trick with a long flat blade screwdriver pressed up against it to hold it on the bolt head. The passenger side ones are easy.
My little helper was there to make sure the bolts where hard to find lol

Good deal Mike, now I think I know how to do it if or when I have to.
Would be nice to train your little helper to retrieve dropped bolts & such, under the car.

Yea, it would be but she steals them instead and runs away with them and I have to go search her stash spots in the house for them lol. It’s worse then dropping one down into the engine bay with the cover on, Little thief is what she is lol.

SUCCESS and running!! Yaaaayyy
Was down to 78F at 10 pm here, humid as hell. Car settled in at 185 at idle and driving, I did a few 2-3-4 pulls, a few long 4th gear dyno sim pulls temp never went over 190 with AC on constantly as I run the Killer Chiller always. Seemed like the harder I ran it the cooler it stayed. So far all thumbs up 👍👍

Well on E85 now and was supposed to take the car to the Dyno Monday and see what she was putting down but unfortunately Sunday night out doing some Test and Tune she told me she was making more then the Tranzilla cared to put up with any more :(. On the 2-3 shift she spun the grabbed hard and BANG followed by free reving. First thought was took out a axle or the Diff as both where making noise and where planed to be swapped out soon as new GForce Outlaw Axles arrived. Well turned out both axles and Diff where still hanging in but Tranzilla wasn’t, no gears what so ever not even reverse. After the car sat a bite tried the gears again and forth gear moved the car and thanks to the stump pulling Tq of these animals got me the mile home without complaint. Axles arrived yesterday and new Diffs been here but now it’s Tranny rebuild time. Called RSG and they have a new all 9310 material gears set 2.66 first close ratio gear set due in 9/22 so that’s going to be the next round. Being the car is moving to more roll racing then 1/4 stuff that ratio will suit her better plus it’s strong as hell, input shaft rated at 1400 ft lbs of Tq so maybe this one will survive for much longer but the original 4340 2.98 wide ratio unit that has survived over 2 years of my abuse. He’s the new GForce Outlaw axles and 3.73 Diff, that was going to be this weekends project anyways so now and trans to the list too. These Gforce axles MUCH more robust looking then the DSS Stage 5 their replacing. All ARP hardware, one piece billet splines with zero runout spline shaft to CV hub, Super Alloy CV’s that a file wouldnt even scratch, different diameter center shafts which is their anti wheel hop technology, can wait to see how smooth the new drive train is compared to what’s coming out. Tranny supposed to be ready 9/23, roll racing at Pocono coming up 10/3, that’s what I’ve been prepping for, hopefully can still make it. 🤞

Like I mentioned before on this subject. Had mine replaced 3 times in 6 month period, with converters, gasgets, O rings, ects. Dodge took very good care of me and the car. Axel problems not so yet. Looks bad.

Look real nice! Glad to see they have upgraded alloy on the CV joints. I'm not understanding the ant-wheel hop technology aspect though.("different size center shafts"). Too bad about the tranny.
