Well first hit, 3rd gear, 2100 aircharge from the 2.4 blower with a +10 lower and 2.74 upper. I don’t think this blower has ever moved this much air before, I’ll have to check past logs.

I think I have a pump going bad, brand new pumps :(

I bet you don’t have a pump bad. Without a bap the dual pumps aren’t going to support that. You have to remember da is better than the whipple ever saw

I took mine completely out and the Bang Shift Billy took up the space is was in. It is easy to gut and then put back in place, and can be put back to stock just as easy too, just remember the sequence, above picture shows how the 4 parts are oriented inside it.

The BSB is a digital programmable clutch release valve. It is not wired in yet so it just acts like it’s not there atm. Here’s what it does.

Mustang Guy I know PB was a 9.5x, second pass with a BSB he ran a 8.9x, he has a video on Billy’s site. After hearing from him it’s Time to give it a try my self being it’s been in a box for over a year on the shelf lol

Seems like y'all having fun in here. Just popping in to see the hullaballoo. That AirCharge @16GoManGoHC2 is what I saw when I ran the 2.7 with the 10%, however fuel was an issue.

I am about to install the 1650 injectors this week and now that I have triples the car won't even bat an eyelash with the 2.85 and the 10%, the party pulley is in as well (2.70) but I'm not running that on this engine, I have a feeling that after this season my next investment will be in a BES.

Does the BSB only activate at launch? What about during gear changes?

You can set it up in its app for how many times after initial set it reacts to the clutch switch. He’s also working on a new app that you could change the time delay per gear change, so it doesn’t slip as much for subsequent gears after launch. But doing that it takes the push of a button to tell it “hey this is first gear coming up next” after you’re staged and holding clutch to the floor ready to launch. It can also be tied into a two-step somehow that actuated it as well. I’ve yet to play with the app as I’ve yet to electrically hook it up.

Dialing in the injectors, today I did a 3rd gear power pull up hill, a 60-130 run across the bridge and a 1-2-3-4 1/4 run back across the bridge and home, zip zip zip, all done in about 5-6 minutes. Saw over 2200 aircharge from this little 2.4 blower. Car running GREAT!! Motor perfectly smooth and quiet, the only thing one hears is the smooth whine of the blower, I’m in heaven atm!! Just what I need to go to my first day on the new job tomorrow. A big smile for the night!! 32 F, was 20 over night so bridge road surface cold🥶 lol, 60 ft sucked but still managed 140 in the 1/4 from the little 2.4!! And that’s only on a mild 15 degree timing tune!! Look at the log screen shots!! Now I’m wondering what the Whipple would do with 18 degrees 🤔

That's moving some air. Keep an eye on that fuel pressure. May be time for a 3rd pump.

Good observation, Something is up there but I’m not convinced yet it’s the pumps, the injector DC doesn’t correlate to the falling fuel pressure. I’m going to try a different set of rails first, going to put my original ported rails back on and see if it acts the same or not.

I'll have to make sure we grab the data during the retune at Allpar after the chiller. 2200 aircharge on a 2.4 is nuts. So is that 22psi. Good lort.

Yep, 22.3 psi to be exact lol. +10 ATI lower and 2.74 Satara clutched upper pulley. The ported heads sure helped it move more air!! A 2.61 PR from that little blower is superb!! I added 1 degree of timing from 5200 rpm and up for the next runs. So far no signs of head lift, coolant level staying rock solid between cold low point and hot high point.

With the 625s you'll prolly break something before you see head lift keep that in mind.
