And for good reason..the recipients of such proprietary info...now days aren't satisfied with just their own edification..or sharing it with a select few...they have to inform the world...and then....it's a problem...

No, it's my opinion. I'm just saying, they have this technology. One thing we have to remember, it has to meet CARB for California. It does have something different for brakes, suspension and badging. I just don't know what it is.

Not just CA. Many states incorporate CARB regs into their own law by reference. They get all the benefits wo paying for the research.
