Amex fixed the issue, refund was flagged. Its now posted to my amex account.
This is my final statement on this matter: I cannot condone being lied to multiple times, not having items ship multiple times. The refund was honestly completed with just some snafus between processor and credit card company, not vendors fault. Will I ever do business with them ever again. No. Take what you want from this thread as I can’t tell you what to do with your money but you will be dealing with what I dealt with if you do decide to buy vendors products. Mods please lock this thread.
