It could have paintwork from the factory. This is 1 of the reasons I didn't take the 23 widebody charger.

That I agree with. The car was fine when I bought it, month later had that little spot where the paint cracked

The dealer could of had a touch-up guy do a cosmetic repair. You never know.

its just in a place that sees movement between the tail light and the bumper. Tail lights are only held in with 2 push clips

I would get rid of the rust, seal it up and put something to keep the surfaces from contacting. Just saying.

That’s what I did yesterday. Realigned the bumper a bit

It looks like as little too much painted over seam sealer on that on the corner that cracked. I would just let the dealer fix it and touch it up. It should be warranty right?
