I’ll never buy another dodge product again, new or used. This dealership has left a bad taste. I never want to deal with their service departments ever again. Who do we escalate things to for a dealer not acting in good faith?

It doesn't matter what brand, the majority of dealers suck these days. They don't have any techs who knows how to fix these high tech cars. The pay and working conditions suck.

This is why I'm reverting back to older cars. Something that can be easily worked on with lower cost parts.

Let Holly guy hold his breath....(he wont know when to exhale).....we have 2 Mopar dealers in WNY that are Customer service oriented..and their Tech's know their stuff...guess it depends on where you are

I have to say that 1 local Dodge dealer has a good service department. But I haven't bought a car from them for about 20 years. Their deals always suck.

You are lucky, you can find older cars that still have most of the steel on!
